We have recently expanded our Landscaped Garden for photographs and drinks during the summer months, a Canopy covers our top Patio adjacent to the Banqueting Suite, to extend the season.

Evening Room Hire Charges
A room hire charge of £500.00 may apply depending on numbers attending, style of occasion and catering required.
Accommodation
Accommodation is available for weddings in our twenty en suite bedrooms. Please phone for current wedding accommodation rates.
FREE Bridal Suite for the Bride & Groom if daytime numbers exceed 100 Guests.
Deposits
A deposit of £1500.00 will be required to secure a date. This may be payable in 3 x £500.00 installments if desired; the first of which must be made immediately upon booking the date and the final installment due up to 9 months prior to the event. Final guest numbers and full payment will be required 5 days in advance of your wedding.
PLEASE DISCUSS YOUR REQUIREMENTS WITH THE VENUE BEFORE PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT, AS ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. THIS POLICY IS NOT NEGOTIABLE

Tables
We are able to offer a choice of round, square or rectangular tables depending on the number of guests attending.
Please make sure that you are 100% happy with your table layout well in advance, and have asked the Wedding Coordinator anything at all you may be unsure about.
Cake Stands
We have a round, square or ‘S’ shaped cake stand with cake knife available for loan at no extra charge.
Flowers and/or Decorations
It is your responsibility to order the decorations and/or floral arrangements for your big day; however our Wedding Coordinator together with your chosen florist will arrange these for you as per your instructions. We are happy to allow table confetti but we ask that traditional wedding confetti is not thrown inside the hotel.
Menus
Full Lay-Up
Please choose one dish from each course from your choice of set menu.
You may choose a vegetarian course to add to your main course option from the list provided at no extra cost. Please submit your vegetarian options and any other dietary requirements 5 days prior to the event. We will always try our best to accommodate your needs.
If you would like to provide your guests with a choice of dishes from your set menu, there will be a surcharge of £2.00 per head, with a maximum of 3 dishes per course. A surcharge of £1.00 per head will apply should you wish to offer a choice of starter and dessert only. All individual choices must be pre-ordered 5 days in advance.
Should you wish to offer your guests wedding cake instead of dessert, a reduction of £2.00 per head will apply to your fixed menu price.
