We offer both a Day Delegate rate and a 24 Hour Delegate rate for Conferences and Meetings and are able to tailor them to suit your individual needs. 

DAY DELEGATE
Times - As required up to 9 hours

This rate includes hire of our Function Room with:
Tea and Coffee on arrival, Mid-Morning, and Afternoon, Bottled Water, Cordials, Pen/Paper

Available upon request:  LCD Projector and Screen, Overhead Projector, Flipcharts and Marker Pens, TV and DVD player, Wireless Internet Service, Copy, Laminating, Fax and Postal Services - (additional charges may apply)

Lunch - (20 delegates & under) - A selection from the traditional bar menu (guests to pre-select mid morning) main course & sweet, with O.J & water, Tea/coffee.

Lunch - (21 + delegates) - A hot and cold sweet & savory finger or knife & fork buffet to include O.J, water, tea/coffee

Day Delegate Rate:
30 delegates & under - £35.00 per delegate, including Lunch
31 + delegates - £30.00 per delegate, including Lunch

Deposit - £10 per head

24 HOUR DELEGATE RATE
Times - as day delegates

Included - as day delegate PLUS

Evening Meal - A 3 course selection from the A la Carte & Traditional Menu, tea/coffee

Accommodation - Single occupancy En-suite to include full breakfast

24 Hour Delegate Rate
£125 per delegate, including Lunch, Dinner, accommodation and V.A.T

THE MAIN FUNCTION ROOM
The main Function Room has private toilet facilities and private bar. We can accommodate virtually any table arrangement to suit your needs. Adjoining the Function Room there is a covered area on the patio with access to the landscaped hotel gardens.

THE BARCLAY SUITE
The Barclay Suite is ideal for private parties or smaller meetings and conferences. It can also be used as a syndicate room in conjunction with the main Function Room. The Suite has private toilet facilities, private patio and parking.
