Join us for an evening with Jonathon Davies MBE - the boy from Trimsaran

and enjoy a 4 course dinner, auction & raffle £35 per head.

All monies raised to support of Velindre Hospital

Tables of 4 or more are still available


Salmon and King Prawn Gratin with a caper and parsley crust
Mildly curried parsnip and apple soup with root vegetable crisps


Chicken breast stuffed with chorizo and pesto, butternut squash puree
Slow roast shoulder of lamb, rosemary and mint jus

All served with seasonal vegetables

Canapes ~ Goats cheese mousse, red pepper puree Lobster scotch quails egg, pink grapefruit hollandaise
To start ~ Butternut squash & sage veloute, confit chicken
Fish ~ Line caught seabass, saffron potatoes, wilted spinach, buttered king prawns, lemon beurre blanc
Sorbet ~ Lime sorbet, apple jelly
Main ~ Fillet of beef wellington, roasted root vegetables, potato dauphinois, bordelaise sauce or Pan roasted duck breast, butternut squash, potato dauohinois, blackberry sauce or slow roast tomato & mozzarella tart, confit red pepper & basil salad
Dessert ~ Pear tarte tatin, cardamom ice cream cheese Choux buns, blue
