We are delighted to announce that the Chef Anand George, acclaimed for re-defining Indian cuisine at his pioneering Purple Poppadom restaurant in Cardiff, brings his award-winning skills for two spectacular evenings at Wolfscastle Country Hotel in June.
On Thursday 9th and Friday 10th June, Chef George will personally present a six-course taster menu served here in our two rosette restaurant. Inspired by his culinary roots in Kerala, Southern India, this multi-award winning chef has been featured in The Good Food Guide, The Michelin Guide and received a glowing review from Jay Rayner of The Observer.
