Join us in our newly refurbished Garden Function room for a cookery demonstration and 4 course meal. Tom Simmons our head chef will demonstrate how to prepare and cook a delicious menu which you will then enjoy.
Canapes ~ seared fillet, choux bun, horseradish cream, Smoked haddock & salmon fishcake, dill tartare sauce
Starter ~ chicken parfait, toaste brioche, apple chutny or hot smoked salmon, sauteed leeks, basil hollandaise
