Wedding Menu
We have over 25 years experience catering for Weddings and pride ourselves in being one of the premier establishments in Pembrokeshire.
We offer excellent quality at a fair price in a friendly and relaxed ambience to create a memorable occasion.
We have recently expanded our Landscaped Garden for photographs and drinks during the summer months, a Canopy covers our top Patio adjacent to the Banqueting Suite, to extend the season.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWNG CAREFULLY BEFORE PLANNING YOUR BANQUET.
NUMBERS
Our banqueting Suite can cater for parties of between 50—200 guests. With the addition of our hotel restaurant and bar area we can cater for parties in excess of 300 guests.
BOOKINGS
All banquets should be confirmed with a deposit fourteen days after the initial booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold dates indefinitely.
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for all function bookings. No booking is confirmed until a deposit is paid.
PRESENTS & CARDS
These items are the responsibility of the bride and groom. They should not be left at the reception desk as the hotel cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.
APPOINTMENTS
Should you wish to visit the hotel to discuss your banquet/wedding please arrange a mutually convenient time in advance by telephone.
FINAL NUMBERS
We require confirmation of the exact numbers attending 48 hours before the event. This number will be taken as final and charged accordingly.
PRICES
Prices are shown adjacent to each item on the price list for parties eating in the main Banqueting Suite. Other parties eating in the Barclay Suite or Restaurant must ask for a specific quotation.
NEW PRICES
Every year we produce a new price list. These prices will apply to your event, irrespective of the year you booked.
PRICE INCREASES
We regret any price increases, but, unfortunately, we have no control over many items, such as gas and electricity.
ROOM HIRE
A room hire charge may apply depending on numbers and style of occasion.
FLOWERS
You are welcome to provide your own flowers or we can recommend a florist.
CAKE STANDS
A choice of cake stands and wedding knife are available at no charge.
VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
NAPKINS
All banquets are inclusive of a choice of paper napkins. Starched white linen napkins can be provided for an additional charge.
CIVIL WEDDINGS
Under the Marriage Act of 1949, we are licensed for civil weddings in our ‘Restaurant’ and ‘Barclay Suite’.
DISCOS AND BANDS
Names and telephone numbers of local bands and discos can be provided by the hotel.
FOOD AND DRINKS
For Health and Safety reasons, we cannot allow food or drink to be brought in for consumption on the hotel premises. (Celebration Cakes excepted.)
SEASONAL DISHES
Because we use fresh local produce, some of our dishes are only available at certain times of year. Certain dishes are not suitable for parties in excess of 100 guests, please enquire.
MENU SELECTION
If less than three courses are selected a surcharge may be applied.
PAYMENTS
Full payment for all parties should be made prior to, or on the evening, or the morning of departure if staying in the hotel. Late payments will incur a 2% surcharge per month.
CREDIT CARDS
A surcharge of 2% is added to any payment made by credit card.
DAMAGES
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the person who booked the occasion. May we suggest you take out insurance to protect yourself.
